With high risk activities and constant pressure to perform, being Mind Fit is so important when working on construction sites.
Breath is like the remote control to your mind. You have access to your state of mind and your nervous system at any time just by using your breath. Control your breath and you control your mind bringing awareness to the task at hand.
The food you eat has a huge impact on how you feel, how you move and think, your energy levels and how you perform every day.
That’s why we love to eat seasonal, local, organic whole food!

My overall health, fitness and energy levels are continually improving and my immunity levels are high. My fitness interests mean that my lifestyle is probably more active than Grok’s and it’s great that at 50, I’m active, injury free and recovering like I did in my 20’s.
