We’ve taken our knowledge of the construction industry and added to it our yoga training to develop a unique style of yoga designed to challenge, stretch, strengthen and empower you in a supportive environment.
We’ve thrown out the chanting and traditional yoga sanskrit. We keep it real making yoga accessible for everyone, because we believe everyone, including Tradies can benefit from yoga.
With high risk activities and constant pressure to perform, the construction site is one of the most important places for mindfulness.
Breath is like the remote control to your mind. You have access to your state of mind and your nervous system at any time just by using your breath. Control your breath and you control your mind bringing awareness to the task at hand.
The food you eat has a huge impact on how you feel, how you move and think, your energy levels and how you perform every day.
