This is my favourite kick ass smoothie recipe guaranteed to keep you going for hours.
🌿 Chocolate Coconut or Vanilla Primal Fuel
🌿 1 Frozen Banana (small)
🌿 1/2 Avocado (I like to peel and freeze mine for a thicker smoothie)
🌿 1 Tbsp Raw Cocao Powder
🌿 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
🌿 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Hint: I go for slightly green bananas as they have a lower carbohydrate content. A green banana is about 5g carbs v’s a yellow banana at 27g of carbs.
