The Primal Blueprint philosophy is based on eating real whole foods, eliminating processed foods, moving frequently at a comfortable pace, sprinting once in a while, lifting heavy things, making time for play, getting adequate sunlight and sleep and developing a sense of awareness through mindfulness.
