This 21-day program adopts the philosophy of the Primal Blueprint and is going to teach you how swapping out harmful processed foods and the high-stress behaviours of modern life in favour of primal diet, exercise and lifestyle habits can set you up for a lifetime of healthy living. Don’t worry, there are plenty of healthier versions of your old favourites!
The Primal philosophy is based on eating real whole foods, eliminating processed foods, moving frequently at a comfortable pace, sprinting once in a while, lifting heavy things, making time for play, getting adequate sunlight and sleep and developing a sense of awareness through mindfulness.

Since completing the 21-Day Tradie Transformation, I’ve continued to follow the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle practices that I learnt through the program – it’s easy, simple AND WORKS.
My overall health, fitness and energy levels are continually improving and my immunity levels are high. My fitness interest mean that my lifestyle is probably more active than Grok’s and it’s great that at 50 I’m active, injury free and recovering like I did in my 20’s.
